LEVFIN SNAPSHOT: EG Group Gains On Prospect of New Shareholders

(Bloomberg) — Bonds issued by EG Group leaped to the
highest since late February, according to data compiled by
Bloomberg, as the fuel station operator could be set to announce
new shareholders Sky reported on Thursday.
* Co’s EU670m bonds due Feb. 2025 gain 2.5 cents on the euro to
98.4

2028 rose 0.9 cents on the euro to 94.8 after reporting results

** 3Q adjusted Ebitda at $354m, estimate $233.5m
** “IGT tends to outperform its peers through its material
exposure to the resilient lottery segment while it enjoys a
strong liquidity position in view of the future costly
concession renewals in Italy”: Spread Research analysts in an
emailed note to clients Thursday
* The theme park operator Merlin Entertainment’s EU370m notes
due Nov. 2027 rose 4.3 cents on the euro to 94.4, their highest
level since March
* The Markit iTraxx Europe Crossover index widened ~4.2pts to
